Hey, I'm Leanne, and I’m a certified Life Coach. I support people that are feeling unfulfilled and stuck, to uplevel their lives and start creating a life of their own design. I empower people by igniting self-belief and confidence, and work on shifting their mindset to achieve their goals.

I would describe myself as content and thriving, happily going 30mph in my thirties. I feel like I completed my twenties as ‘fun’ as possible and I fought off the pressures of being ‘married with kids by 30’ expectations. I’ve worked hard to tune into myself and become more aware of what I really enjoy doing, one of which is realising books don’t just look good on a bookshelf, they’re rather enjoyable to read too! I also enjoy working out with a pair of dumb bells and some occasional yoga! I live in a cottage, in Suffolk, on the east coast of the UK. I'm a wanderlust country girl, animal lover, rosé drinking, excitable, goofy and all-round people-person, who loves to travel and spend time in my garden (or anyone’s for that matter!).

Once upon a time I needed a me, a now me, the life coach me.

I was a shy extrovert (it's a thing), riddled with self-doubt and low self-worth and although I had a lovely old life, and from the 'outside' it looked peachy, I woke up most days feeling unsatisfied and thinking 'is this it?', is this all life is?

During lockdown, I decided I wasn’t going to waste the indefinite spare time I had, so I delved into the world of personal development. I loved learning about our mindset, and soon realized that my current reality was a direct result of ME, my actions and my beliefs. I took the time to figure out who I actually wanted to be and explored ways to find true fulfilment. This led me to qualifying as a Life Coach and empowering others to transform their lives too!

My aim as a coach is to encourage people to take back control of their own life and start making their happiness a priority. I passionately believe that all that you want to be and would like to achieve, is well within your grasp, but sometimes we all need a little helping hand to unlock our potential.  I am that helping hand, that cheer leader, that facilitator, that support.

More about me

My favourite time of year is the Spring, not only for the warmer weather and the bright yellow of the daffodils (my fave colour), but also because it signifies the start of ‘outsiding.’ I am never happier than when I am either pottering in my garden or walking along the beach eating a bag of chips (heavily doused in salt and vinegar obvs). Which brings me onto another passion of mine, food! Eating is one of my favourite pastimes and I am a real foodie. I have travelled to many countries over my years of adulting, and eating my way around the world would probably be my favourite hobby.

2022 Roar Mind was born.

The name ‘Roar mind’ came to me whilst thinking about how I can embody the core of Life Coaching with the niche I was particularly passionate about.

The word ‘Roar’ I use is to represent the roar of a tiger… confident, fierce, and free. It is also a homophone of the word ‘raw’. Raw is relevant to coaching because when we do ‘the work’, it consists of looking in depth into our lives and ourselves. When we start to weed out the beliefs that have been keeping us stuck and explore the habits and patterns that have impacted our existence to this point, it can leave you feeling exhausted and raw! It is of course temporary and with the intention to transform, grow, and thrive! All that has been learnt can be unlearnt and my aim as a coach is to release your inner ROAR!
